Change Happens.

Don’t Embrace It.

Dance With It.

When Change Feels Heavy, It Costs More Than You Think

Maybe you’re leading people through change. The strategy and communication are clear, but you can feel:

✔️ Energy and morale slipping

✔️ Important decisions and priorities taking longer to move

✔️ Yourself carrying more of the emotional weight than anyone realizes

Or perhaps you’re preparing to sell or leave the business you have poured years of yourself into. The practical plans may be taking shape, but you:

✔️ Feel emotionally stuck or conflicted despite having a sound exit plan

✔️ Keep delaying decisions or questioning whether you are truly ready

✔️ Struggle to imagine who you are—and what comes next—without the business.

      About Me

Hello! I’m Dr. Khutso Madubanya, a change strategist, speaker, author, and founder of Dance With Change™.

The problem I solve is human resistance to change.

My work is grounded in one simple truth: change is inevitable, but struggling through it is not.

I’ve lived and worked across eight countries, am raising three children, and have navigated more than my fair share of personal and professional reinventions.

Along the way, especially through life’s tsunamis, I learned that while we can’t control uncertainty, we can choose the thoughts and interpretations that either increase our agency or drain it.

Today, I help individuals and organizations navigate change with less fear, greater self-trust, and more agency.

Through talks, workshops, and advisory sessions, I help people regain their footing and move forward when life feels uncertain.

In fact, some have affectionately nicknamed me a “change whisperer.”

At heart, I’m a yogi who loves to dance and live life fully. I believe we can move through change with agility and less resistance – like a dance – instead of simply “embracing” it or fighting it.

I invite you to dance with me.

      Why Hire Me

      Human Resistance to Change

Most change challenges are people challenges.

Whether the change is a restructuring, new technology, leadership transition, or personal reinvention, fear and uncertainty often create resistance. My work helps people understand what’s happening beneath the surface so they can move through change with greater confidence and self-trust.

      The P.I.V.O.T.™ Method

A practical roadmap for uncertain times.

Lasting change requires more than motivation. I developed the P.I.V.O.T.™ framework to help people navigate disruption with less fear and greater agency. Rather than reacting to change, participants learn a simple, actionable process for regaining clarity, adapting, and moving forward.

      Real-World Global Perspective

      I teach what I’ve lived.

Having lived and worked across eight countries and navigated multiple personal and professional reinventions, I understand change from the inside out. My work combines lived experience and storytelling backed by my doctoral research to help audiences and teams connect deeply with the message and apply it to their own lives.
