These Terms & Conditions apply to digital products purchased from Dance With Change™ through dancewithchange.com. By purchasing or accessing a digital product, you agree to the following terms.

1. Personal Use License

When you purchase a Dance With Change™ digital product, you are purchasing access to the product for your own personal use. You are not purchasing ownership of the underlying content or intellectual property.

Your purchase provides you with a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your personal development.

2. Intellectual Property

All materials included in Dance With Change™ digital products—including diagnostics, worksheets, written content, frameworks, exercises, videos, audio recordings, graphics and other resources—remain the intellectual property of Dance With Change LLC and/or Dr. Khutso Madubanya, as applicable.

This includes proprietary Dance With Change™ and P.I.V.O.T.™ content and methodologies.

Unless you have received prior written permission, you may not reproduce, copy, modify, publish, distribute, sell, sublicense or commercially exploit these materials.

3. Please Don’t Share Your Toolkit

Your purchase is for one individual user.

Please do not forward the materials to others, post them online, upload them to shared drives or platforms, distribute copies, or share private access or download links.

If someone else would benefit from the toolkit, please direct them to purchase their own copy.

Purchase of an individual toolkit does not grant permission to use the materials to facilitate workshops, training sessions, coaching, consulting or other services for other people or organizations.

4. Educational and Self-Guided Resource

Dance With Change™ digital toolkits are educational and personal-development resources. They are designed to support reflection, learning and navigating change.

They are not therapy, mental-health treatment, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice or a substitute for professional services appropriate to your individual circumstances.

Your decisions and actions remain your own responsibility.

5. Results

Every person and every change experience is different. While these resources are designed to provide practical guidance and support, Dance With Change LLC does not guarantee any particular personal, professional, financial or other outcome from using them.

6. Digital Access

Digital products may include downloadable files as well as links to online video, audio or other resources.

Please keep your purchase information and access links secure. We may update, replace or improve digital resources from time to time.

If you experience a technical problem accessing materials you purchased, please contact info@dancewithchange.com so we can help.

7. Refunds

Because our digital products provide immediate access to downloadable materials and online resources, all sales are final once access has been provided, subject to applicable law.

Please review the product description before purchasing to make sure the product is right for you.

Technical access problems will be addressed, and verified duplicate charges will be refunded.

8. Unauthorized Use

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access to digital materials if we reasonably believe they are being copied, redistributed, resold, shared or otherwise used in violation of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits any intellectual-property rights or remedies available to Dance With Change LLC under applicable law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services or business practices. The version posted on our website at the time of purchase will govern that purchase, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
